Founded in October of 1979, Greater Greenwood Toastmasters was established by a group of local citizens that realized the importance of effective public speaking and the need to provide a local forum for those in search of a resource to hone their communication skills.

Thirty years later, Greater Greenwood Toastmasters continues to thrive as one of the premier clubs in the Toastmasters International organization. One of the first things you will notice when you visit our club is the warm and relaxed environment that has been created to put everyone in attendance at ease.By providing all members the opportunity to develop and improve their public speaking skills through club meetings, training seminars and speech contests, Greater Greenwood Toastmasters is committed to helping all its members achieve their personal speaking goals.
